These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of thesmartsolvehub.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it, operated by The Smart Solve Hub ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Acceptance and Eligibility

By using the Site, you confirm that you are able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction and, where you create an account, that the information you provide is accurate and kept up to date. The Site is not intended for use by children; see our Privacy Policy for details.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. You may also check out as a guest without creating an account.

3. Products, Pricing, and Availability

We aim to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing, but errors can occur. If we discover a pricing or listing error after you place an order, we will contact you before charging or shipping and give you the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel with a full refund. Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed; if an item becomes unavailable after you order it, we will notify you and issue a refund for that item. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change at any time before you complete an order.

4. Orders and Order Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is not accepted, and no contract is formed, until we confirm it (for example, by sending an order confirmation or, for Cash on Delivery, by confirming the order). We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion — including where we suspect fraud, where payment cannot be verified, or where an item is unavailable — and will refund any amount already paid for a cancelled order.

5. Payment

We currently support payment via PayPal, manual bank transfer, InstaPay, cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, and USDT), and Cash on Delivery where available in your region. For bank transfer, InstaPay, and cryptocurrency payments, you are responsible for submitting accurate proof of payment; your order is confirmed only after our team verifies it, which may take some time. You agree to provide accurate, current payment information and not to use a payment method you are not authorized to use.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Available shipping methods, estimated delivery windows, and shipping costs for your address are shown before you complete checkout — estimated delivery times vary by shipping method, destination, and supplier, and are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with a delivered order, sign in to your account, open the order from your order history, and submit a return request. Our team reviews every return request before a refund is issued. Specific items may be excluded from return where indicated on the product page (for example, for hygiene or customization reasons). Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible; for manual payment methods, we will contact you to arrange the refund.

8. Your Responsibilities

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes, to provide accurate information when ordering, and not to:

• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other users' accounts, or our systems;
• interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation (including through automated scraping or excessive automated requests);
• use the Site to transmit fraudulent, abusive, or infringing content; or
• resell products purchased through the Site in a manner that violates applicable law or a supplier's terms, without our prior written consent.

9. Intellectual Property

The Site's design, text, graphics, logos, and the "The Smart Solve Hub" name and branding are our property or used under license. Product images and descriptions may be provided by or licensed from our suppliers. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our branding or Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

10. User Content

If you submit a product review, comment, or other content to the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce that content in connection with operating and promoting the Site. You confirm that any content you submit is your own, accurate, and does not infringe anyone else's rights. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law at our discretion.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site integrates with third-party services (including payment providers, our supplier network, and shipping/logistics providers) and may link to third-party social platforms. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service or site, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

12. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except where required by law. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that products will meet your specific expectations beyond what is stated in the product listing.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Smart Solve Hub will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (for example, liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, where applicable).

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

15. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, where we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where required by law. You may stop using the Site and close your account at any time by contacting us.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or for legal or operational reasons. The "Last updated" date above shows when they were last revised. Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Where a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to bring it to your attention.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are intended to be interpreted fairly and in good faith. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled in accordance with the laws applicable to where The Smart Solve Hub operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer-protection law gives you additional rights that cannot be waived.
